This months Squashed recipe is directly from the mind of one of our Senior brewer’s Josh. Inspired by a trip to Texas, he fell in love with a fresh pressed pineapple juice, with a little kick! Brewed at 200g/L, this squashed release is full of Pineapple and lime juice and puree and transferred over fresh jalapeños for minimum heat and soft aromatics.
