Elusive – Ten Burns The Deck Pineapple Daiquiri Sour

We joined forces with the team from Reading’s legendary Milk cocktail bar to brew this Pineapple Daiquiri inspired beer! The beer is naturally soured but retains some underlying sweetness to which the zest of many limes were added for additional zing. We then added lots of pineapple puree and a smidge of vanilla to finish.
