LEMON, SPEARMINT, & GINGER SOUR

A light sour ale with a citric twist. The lemon is gentle, the spearmint is refreshing but subtly sweet, and the ginger gives a touch of warmth. A bit of everything for an English Summer’s day that could be wet, warm, hot, cold, dry, and / or humid.
