Brewed as an alternative take on Parka, Koti sees us partner with Freestyle Hops in New Zealand for the first time. This partnership allows us to select hops picked for their individual harvest times for specific flavour profiles – harvest time Southern Cross and Motueka have been used here.
NZ Cascade and Southern Cross bring variants of grapefruit and refreshing citrus together, wrapped up with a blend of Motueka and a hint of Riwaka for punchy lime zest and papaya.
