THE BREWERY SAYS:

We fermented and conditioned the ‘largest beer we’ve ever made for over four weeks, took some of the finished product away and baked it into a vanilla and chocolate stout cake, and then added the cake back into the beer alongside dried and toasted ancho chilies to condition for another four weeks. Sweet, with a touch of savoury spice, and thick, silky night sky body make this our most decadent beer to date.
