Cancun is a Mexican style lager made with maize and hopped solely with Lemondrop. It is between 4 and 6 degrees Celsius outside and that is perfect weather to crush a duper crisp super refreshing Corona rip off. Lime is not included but we will not be offended if we see any of you cramming the odd slice into the lid of the can on instagram.

Second time brewing this one (third if you count the seal that broke itself and our hearts on the first time around) – does this become a core beer or a series or something? Most likely. Dig Brew’s ‘best’/most accomplished lager to date? Most likely.
