THE BREWERY SAYS:

Talking Straight 5% is an amber lager brewed with a high proportion of Munich Malt, come Belgian aromatic malt and UK hops from Brookhouse Hops.  To compliment the toasty biscuit body we have been heavy handed with the early hop additions to give a firm bitterness.  For aroma we chose Phoenix and UK Chinook, both of which were smelling righteous on our last visit to the farm.  No fuss, no silly!
