THE BREWERY SAYS:
To create this new style of Japanese Special Bitter in collaboration with Kyoto Brewing Co. we used traditional British malts of Golden Promise, crystal and amber with a twist of buckwheat and puffed brown rice to achieve a nutty maltiness. El Dorado and Cascade hops give a rounded stone fruit and orange aroma to compliment the malt backbone.
