THE BREWERY SAYS:

This year we celebrate 5 years of brewing! To mark the occasion we wanted to release a beer that fully represents where the brewery is after five years of striving to produce the best beers we possibly can. Alongside a malt base featuring five different varieties, each member of production has chosen their favourite hop. Motueka in the whirlpool gives vibrant lemon and lime flavours to run throughout. Strata, Nelson, Chinook and Mosaic combine in the dry hop for a melody of passionfruit, gooseberry and fresh tropical fruits. Cheers to everyone and their support for Burnt Mill over the years! x
