So after hearing about milkshake IPA’s from a friend a couple of weeks ago, I just had to try some. So I ordered 10 different types from this very website with the aim of seeing how different they all are.
Most of the ones I had tried were pretty strong and heavy and while all pretty good, some much better than others.
I have to say I was a little weary about trying this flavour given its well custard but it is absolutely beautiful!
As apposed to some of the heavy milkshake IPAs this is quite light and refreshing but smooth and tangy at the same time (I’m not sure how that is even possible).
I’m enjoying it right now as I write this very review.

Thanks for the review Christopher! I have to say this beer in all it’s three incarnations is one of my favourites. It’s pretty scary how close to rhubarb and custard sweets they have got the flavours. I agree this beer tends to keep it light while still having the hit of milkshake – awesome beer!
