THE BREWERY SAYS:

The DIPA’rted was brewed to honour the DIPArture of Production Manager, Roddy ‘The Rodster’ McPherson, for greener pastures. Roddy chose to brew this DIPA as his final beer with us, making it Mosaic-forward to allow the bold grapefruit and citrus characters to shine. Supported by Simcoe hops to add some dank pine notes on the finish. Cheers Roddy!
