York, otherwise known as the Chocolate City, has had a long history with chocolate and confection production – the air would smell of chocolate and chocolate dust would cover the city so this is our dedication to its delicious past. Dark malts combined with cocoa powder and cacao nibs provide a chocolate richness, with lactose for a soothing creaminess.
