Brewed and released just once a year the Barrel Aged Empress Tonkoko spends 12 months in a unique selection of Bourbon barrels each year. Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace barrels were used this year. The Bourbon depth and smoothness brings added complexity and balance to an already sublime beer.
