THE BREWERY SAYS:

For our latest collaboration with Bimber Distillery we rested our classic Imperial Stout base in Bimber ex-bourbon cask single malt whisky barrels. This ageing allowed these incredible American oak vessels to impart their complexity and unique whisky profile into the beer. This special release showcases an initial fruit-forward flavour, unveiling waves of rich vanilla and caramel as it warms.
