This ice-cream inspired Triple-Fruited Gose delivers the ultimate balance in sweetness, salinity and sour fruit flavours. The resulting beer is the liquid expression of an exotic fruit sorbet with a subtle and creamy vanilla sweetness. Mango, guava and passion fruit sit on top of a smooth base, with sea salt accentuating the bold tropical flavours.
