Welcome to the first instalment of the Western Seaboard Project, a new series of IPAs inspired by contemporary Pacific coast beer culture. The focus of these beers is less on bitterness and more on crisp, paired back malt profiles with modern, ultra-vivid hop character. WSP #1 features Mosaic, Citra and Strata.
