After years of worshipping at the church of haze, this brew is a tribute to the original piney, hazeless, bitter Double IPAs that kicked off the trend. Straight up barley base and 120 IBU, so plenty of bitterness. Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Centennial at 30g/L.
