Continuing the theme of the “old-school westie”, now in Double IPA form. Loads of caramel malts, red malts and rich base malts. The bitterness has been pushed further than we have ever gone, 160 IBU. Dry-hopped with a massive addition of Citra Cryo and Strata at a rate of 30g/L
