Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, brewed in collaboration with both Emperors and Sussex Small Batch. A collaboration that’s been hibernating in barrels since Spring 2022.
We first brewed this impy stout for ‘Brewfest 2022’, we then held half of it back and its been ageing in barrels ever since. Months and months in the making. Coming in at a whopping 10.5%, this stout is packed with flavour. Rich, smooth, brown sugar, cacao nibs and a comforting unami taste.
