THE BREWERY SAYS:

Bright, fresh and incredibly tropical, The Passionfruit Sour is a Berlinerweisse style sour beer brewed with passionfruit juice. Wheat, malted barley and chit malt give a soft, full body to the beer, balancing out the acidity contributed by the Lactobacillus kettle souring. The intense, tropical fruit aromas and flavours of the passionfruit are complimented by a modest hopping with Ekuanot & Ella.
