Anspach & Hobday – The 2nd Variant IPA

The 2nd in our new range of IPAs exploring the depths and breadths of modern IPA brewing. Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc, two hop varieties known for their wine like characteristics, come together to give aromas and flavours of pithy grapefruit, elderflower and a delicate hint of hop resin. A soft malt base gives a smooth, rounded mouthfeel which is paired with just enough bitterness to keep the beer in balance.
