The Rauchbier Brewed as a lager for the first time, The Rauchbier is our homage to the great smoked beers of Bamberg. Dark, rich, and immensely smokey, The Rauchbier is a beer as wholesome as they come. The lager fermentation and extended cold conditioning in our horizontal tanks rounds out and balances the beer, keeping it crisp, fresh and incredibly drinkable. Our finest Rauchbier to date.
