THE BREWERY SAYS:

The Hefeweizen is a classic Bavarian inspired Wheat Beer. Whilst a touch of Munich malt adds some colour and a touch of maltyness, this beer is all about the interaction between wheat and a classic strain of Hefeweizen yeast. Typical aromas of bananas, cloves and spice lead to a full, rounded palette and a clean, refreshing finish. Huell Melon hops add some additional fruitiness to what is otherwise a very traditional interpretation of the style.
