THE BREWERY SAYS:

The Gose is a light, fresh, salty and tart beer. The Gose is our interpretation of the classic Leipzig sour beer in its purest form. Whilst not quite as sour as Berliner Weisses, a bright acidity makes the beer incredibly refreshing, whilst a touch of salt adds a delicate savoury element, resulting in ultimate drinkability. The use of modern German hops (H. Melon. H. Blanc) bring the style up to date and add a fresh fruitiness to the aroma and palate.
