Desserts don’t always have to be baked or frozen or topped with layers of cream – every now and then you just want to get your five a day (and then some) in an easily accessible way. And if it can be in the form of a cheeky fruited sour, then that just the icing on the non-existent cake. In the blender this time we’ve got kiwi, banana and cantaloupe melon for a tropical smoothie you won’t soon forget. Sometimes being good can feel good too!
