Balanced by the generous acidity of our base sour beer and then blended with rich vanilla cream, Brazilian Tonka beans, and a trifecta of blackcurrant, chokeberry, and pomegranate, this naughty but nice homage to dark fruits puts a tasty new twist on a silky Italian panna cotta.
