Now everyone’s heard of the caipirinha, but there’s a lesser-known Brazilian cocktail that’s sure to shake you up just right if only you’ll let it. A beach bar favourite, the Batida can feature any combination of tropical fruits against a canvas of sweet creamy coconut. For this iteration, we went with a traditional pairing of pineapple and mango for some serious carnival vibes. Just one sip and you’ll be dancing like a Carioca in no time! Saude!
