Yonder brewing and blending are a farmhouse brewery based down in Somerset who have become famous in craft beer circles for one thing – crazy sour beers!
The Yonder story begins back in 2018. Founders Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone both had shared passions for brewing beer and foraging in the countryside. They wondered: could they begin a brewery that used foraged ingredients to create unique beers? Yonder was born.
A couple of years later, Dave Williams and Lee Calnan were the next additions to the Yonder team. Tasked with brewing and distributing the beers, between them, they began introducing the wider world to Yonder’s output.
The wider world, as it happened, was ready and waiting, and Yonder quickly built its reputation. Today, mixed-fermentation, barrel-aged, wild and funky brews released by Yonder achieve much acclaim, and each comes with a unique but calculated flavour profile that excites and delights. By brewing with the very best – and often foraged – local ingredients, all while using alternative techniques and minimal intervention Yonder ensure their beers come with a little bit of nature in every sip.
