ABOUT SMOD BREWERY BEERS
Saint Mars of the Desert is a true family-run artisanal brewery, established and staffed by long time brewers Dann & Martha Holley Paquette and located in the renowned beer city of Sheffield, England. As a very small two-person brewery, all we have time to think about is brewing world class beers and sharing them fresh with the public.
The brewhouse is a 10 hectolitre system built by Moeschle UK in Germany and our annual production is just over 300 hectolitres. All of our beers pass through Yorkshire’s only coolship for hopping and settling, and are spunded for a gentle and natural carbonation.
