Brass Castle is an independent brewery based in Malton, Yorkshire and a brewer of top-notch vegan beers and gluten-free craft beers.Brass Castle Brewery do it all; mashing grains, boiling hop charges, pitching yeast, racking into casks and seaming cans – right in the centre of Yorkshire’s Food Capital.The overall result from this process is an ever-changing range of beers and beer styles that have received multiple awards across the range.Brass Castle strictly don’t use any isinglass, lactose or other unnecessary animal-derived additions in any of their brews, making all Brass Castle Brewery beers vegan and vegetarian friendly.All their beers are also brewed to gluten-free recipes, but only Brass Castle canned beers and Hoptical Illusion in cask/keg are laboratory tested and certified as gluten-free.
